Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the high volume of orders, we are currently unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

That said, your satisfaction means the world to us. If your order arrives:

  • Lost in transit,

please email us at rawpapayastore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll promptly work with you to find a fair and warm resolution — whether that means sending a replacement or offering a suitable alternative.
