This website is operated by Raw Papaya™. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Raw Papaya™. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Products & Services

We offer handcrafted soy wax candles that are eco-friendly, soot-free, and made with the help of village women. All our products are made in small batches, and slight variations in color, fragrance, or texture may occur. We even have paraffin wax candles in separate collections.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for sale.

  • Discontinue any product at any time.

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Delays due to external factors (such as weather or courier issues) are beyond our control. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Refunds will be processed only if approved.

6. Custom & Gift Orders

For custom orders (including personalized candles or corporate gifting), we may require additional processing time. Such orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, images, text, and branding on the Raw Papaya™ website, is the intellectual property of Raw Papaya™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

8. User Comments & Feedback

If you submit creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish them without restriction. We are not obligated to maintain them in confidence or respond.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or local ordinances

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
